1.) This is a friendly community, and it's gonna stay that way. That means no flaming and no trolling. We all welcome criticism, but make sure it stays constructive and civil.
2.) No writer may have more than two titles at a time. This is to make sure there are enough characters to go around, and so that not one writer is taking up all the characters he/she possibly can. Let's remember, variety is the spice of life.
However, if a writer has maintained a solid release schedule of their titles, and expresses a strong interest in a third title, an appeal can be made and will be heard.
3.) No title can have more than 15 characters, INITIALLY. If you can't get a few months out of 15 characters, you should reexamine your claims. After two issues, additional characters my be requested at a rate of 5 per month.
4.) To keep your titles, you must make 3 individual reviews a month. They can be on any title you want, and we're only requiring 3. We are all writers, and we are all looking to improve, not to mention, it's just the nice thing to do.
5.) There will be deadlines. If you can't get something up in 2 months, you get a warning. If you can't get anything up in an additional month, you lose your title, no exceptions.
